Morning Meditation – March 4th, 2022

Today, settle into your meditation space before you start your meditation practice.

Get comfortable in your chair, place your hands palms down on your thighs, and just breath. When you’re physically and mentally prepared to meditate change your hands into your favorite meditation position and slowly start to deepen your breath. Bring your focus onto your breath and feel through your feet. Take some time to check in with all five of your senses one at a time. 

Once you’re fully in your body and you feel the space around you stay breathing and feeling for 7 minutes. 

Once your done, gently start to move your body while keeping in this relaxed state of being. Clap your hands and bring that quiet space into your everyday activities.

Morning Meditation – February 25, 2022

Today, take a few deep breaths and relax into your favorite meditation place. Set a timer for five minute and imagine a beautiful gold light on the horizon. Breath calmly as the golden light comes closer and closer. Feel your body relax, feel your feet, and notice your breath becoming deeper and longer. When the five minutes are up take this relaxed feeling into your everyday activities.

Morning Meditation – February 21st, 2022

Today, sit down in a quiet place and sink into your body. Once you’re comfortable and relaxed take a few deep breaths. Set a timer for 5 minutes, sink back into your meditation position, and stay perfectly still. As the body stays still, feel the breath expanding and contracting in the chest and abdomen. Once the timer goes off, gently clap your hands 5 times and bring this meditative stillness into your everyday activities.

Morning Meditation – February 18th, 2022

Today, take a break and reconnect to your body, mind, and emotions. Sit somewhere comfortable and calming and feel your feet. Notice your breath and notice how your body feels. Thoughts might come up, but let them drift away without engaging with them. When you feel settled into your body set a timer for 5 minutes. Follow your breath and stay in your body, allowing yourself these 5 minutes to not do anything – don’t worry, don’t solve anything, don’t get lost in memories, don’t get lost thinking about what comes next. For these 5 minutes just enjoy being in your body and being alive. When the 5 minutes are up clap your hands and bring the feeling of this lightness into your everyday activities.

Morning Meditation – February 14th, 2022

Today, sit in your favorite meditation space and focus on your breath. Feel how the body naturally breaths in and out. As your body and mind settles feel how your breaths become longer. Set a timer for 4 minutes and stay in this settled space. Allow your thoughts to drift by and keep your focus on your breath and relaxed body. When the 4 minutes are up clap your hands and bring that relaxed state into your daily activities.

Today, sit down in a quiet place and follow your breath. When you feel your body relax set a timer for 9 minutes, close your eyes and continue to breath deeply. Gently connect to someone you love with a feeling of deep gratitude and appreciation. Stay in this space of love and appreciation, and when the 9 minutes are up clap your hands.

Essential Oils – February 3rd, 2022

Clove Bud has many wonderful properties including pain relief, it’s antiseptic and a good disinfectant, it can help relieve muscle spasms, help relieve gas, and it can help repel insects. 

Clove Bud essential oils is used to treat toothaches and mouth sores, rheumatism and arthritis, and can help relieve bronchitis, tuberculosis, nervous fatigue, and infection diseases. 

Use one to two drops in an essential oil diffuser, use one drop in an ounce of carrier oil to massage it into the skin, or inhale it straight from the bottle.

Essential Oils – February 1st, 2022

Clove Bud: Originally from Indonesia, “cloves” are the flower buds harvested from a tall (25-40 foot) but slender evergreen tree. As the cloves turn colors from green to red they are beaten off the tree and dried. The dried clove is then used for cooking or steam distilled to make clove essential oil. During the 16th and 17th centuries, Europeans prized this spice so much so that it was worth more than its weight in gold. Currently, clove is still used in Ayurvedic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and western herbalism.

Keep doing your daily meditation, following your breath until you feel quiet.

When you feel quiet, feel the love you have for your life & yourself, understanding everyone on this planet deserves the same love.

Maybe when everyone feels this love, and understands we are all humans (having good times and bad times) Aggression greed & fear will begin to disappear.

When you feel this love for yourself maybe you will also begin become non-aggressive, giving and unafraid.
