Today, settle into your meditation space before you start your meditation practice.
Get comfortable in your chair, place your hands palms down on your thighs, and just breath. When you’re physically and mentally prepared to meditate change your hands into your favorite meditation position and slowly start to deepen your breath. Bring your focus onto your breath and feel through your feet. Take some time to check in with all five of your senses one at a time.
Once you’re fully in your body and you feel the space around you stay breathing and feeling for 7 minutes.
Once your done, gently start to move your body while keeping in this relaxed state of being. Clap your hands and bring that quiet space into your everyday activities.
